? Installation of the operating system & Troubleshooting; Installation and configuration of Windows desktops, servers,workstations, domain controllers, Policies, and Remote installation; Installing, supporting and maintaining new serverhardware and software infrastructure; Installation of network printer in server-side and workstation.? Responsible for taking a backup, maintenance, troubleshooting of Windows-based network, providing IT solutions tobusiness and management problems. Giving support and troubleshooting of applications like Microsoft Packages;Troubleshoot various network problems like Connectivity Brake Problem, Virus cleaning problem, and data recovery, etc.? Undertaking ?Data Center? security measures in all aspects.? Setting up user accounts, permissions and passwords; managing email, antispam and virus protection.? Update system as soon as a new version of OS and application software comes out; planning and implementing future ITdevelopments and undertaking project work.? Assembling and installing OS and application software on the Client operating system; include explicit securityrequirements when selecting servers.? Ensuring that all IT equipment complies with industry standards; Coordinating between all the various departments whichare at work.? Assist in hardware/software purchases. Work closely with all IT functional areas to design and implement operationalrequirements for new and existing IT systems.? Troubleshoot networked computers, printers, scanners, and other peripherals and resolve.? Performs routine system diagnostic utilities as a conscious prevention plan.? Execute data security/disaster recovery plan by performing daily back up, as well as, periodic for off-site storage.? Act as a liaison for and supervise third-party technology providers.? Provide in-house technical training, support, and documentation.? Provide support for firewall and branches connectivity (Sophos, SonicWALL, and Fortinet).? Provide support for cisco network switches.? Performs other related duties as assigned
