We are ACCUMED.About the RoleThe department provides Information Technology services to internal and external stakeholders and enables all aspects of the business operational and administrative needs. The department also plays an active role in terms of collaboration with external stakeholders (providers, regulators and payers) to make available and support the overall operational needs in terms of data reporting, systems integration and technical consultations.Business Services Manager will plan, direct, coordinate and organize the administrative functions of the IT process. Highly organized, with the ability to respond quickly to new challenges and priorities, Business Services Managers keep IT operations running smoothly. The position will establish relationships with external clients, services computer systems and software, and maintains computer networks and user connectivity.ResponsibilitiesBusiness services managers facilitate improved IT services for businesses through the development and implementation of necessary action plans. Provides IT infrastructure assessments, and pitches IT equipment and service packages Setting and enforcing standards for IT practices and operation Perform IT administration and management duties as part of their plans for enhancing IT services Offers innovative solutions that meet IT service needs while remaining cost effective Organize meetings to discuss IT service operations as well as take decisions on strategies effective for improved performance The role also involves designing projects aimed at improving IT processes, systems and operations. Conduct IT risk analysis to identify current risk level and develop an action plan for minimizing risk to an acceptable level. Ensure IT services officers adhere to all external data protection and privacy regulations To Carry out tests and troubleshooting to detect issues with a company?s or client?s IT systems To monitor and maintain the security and integrity of information database to ensure preservation of assets and recovery of information in event of a malfunction. They regulate expenditures, analyze variances and conduct forecasts to identify requirements useful in preparing annual budgets supervising the installation, setting up, and maintaining work stations and other technology resources maintain a list of pending repairs and may select or make recommendations on choice of components for purchase. Identifies staffing needs and works with human capital colleagues to pursue the hiring process They offer recommendations to company management on appropriate IT strategies and best practices to implement in order to surmount challenges and achieve set objectives. Maintains familiarity with current and upcoming IT equipment, services, and other developments
