Welcome you made it to the job description page!Maximus is looking to hire an enthusiastic IT Service Operations Manager to join our project team in Riyadh.What you can expect in the IT Service Operations Manager role:

  • Lead the IT Infrastructure / Operations function (data-centre service, offices, IT platform/landscape) and Operations (Service Desk, Support, End-User).
  • Manage, deliver, and support an efficient operational service delivery to end-users who service multiple business contracts.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance and information security protocols.
  • Source and/or manage 3rd Party IT suppliers (IT procurement, service maintenance or support service) ensuring timely delivery or agreed SLA KPIs are being achieved.
  • Support standards, business continuity, and disaster recovery.
  • Comply with the Maximus security and privacy policies to ensure customer data, confidential data and personal information is always dealt with in a confidential and secure way, and our obligations around this are maintained
