Job Description

Desired requirements:

  • Saudi market experience mandatory
  • Aware of local employment pass regulations
  • In-depth knowledge of full cycle recruiting and employer branding techniques
  • Familiarity with a variety of different selection methods (interviews, assignments etc.)
  • Hands-on experience with posting jobs on social media and job boards
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
  • Bachelors Degree or Higher in Human Resources, Business Administrator, IT or any related field
  • Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g., phone, Skype)
  • Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
  • Female candidates preferred
  • Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g., social media recruiting, )
  • Arabic speaking mandatory
