Role and Responsibilities

Implement and oversee software development life cycle to build FinTech application.
Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within the scope, and within budget
Manage the relationship with the client and relevant stakeholders
Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Coordinate with banks, businesses, Other government agencies, and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of multiple projects
Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout the entire project execution
Delegate project tasks based on staff members individual strengths, skill sets, and experience levels
Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement and optimization
Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs
