Job DescriptionManage and oversee IT and low-current projects from initiation to handover.Plan project timelines, resources, and budgets, ensuring on-time delivery.Coordinate the implementation of CCTV, Audio/PA Systems, IT Infrastructure, and Fire Fighting systems.Review technical designs, specifications, and project documentation.Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors throughout the project lifecycle.Monitor project progress, quality, and compliance with safety and industry standards.Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans.Prepare project reports and provide regular updates to management and stakeholdersSkillsProven experience in managing IT and low-current projects.Strong knowledge of CCTV, Audio/PA Systems, IT Infrastructure, and Fire Fighting systems.Ability to develop and manage project schedules, resources, and implementation plans.Strong leadership skills with the ability to coordinate effectively with clients, contractors, consultants, and suppliers.Experience in vendor management, contract negotiation, and procurement follow-up.Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and project documentation.Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.Strong reporting and project monitoring capabilities.Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both Arabic and English.Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project and Primavera.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
