The main function of IT Support Engr. is to install and remove software from computer systems and networks.
Responsible for many phases of the software development lifecycle including technical research, Requirement analysis high level and technical design, development, implementation, testing, debugging, and maintenance.
Actively involve in Project Installation on site.
Provide Technical Support on-site and or remotely for various home ground applications and AV hardwares.
Provide Technical support to employees Inside Company for network and other IT equipment?s.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Producing code using .NET languages (C#, VB .NET)
Working Inline with senior programmer in project codding, testing and implementation.
Upgrading, configuring, and debugging existing project and or internal company applications.
Providing technical support for web, desktop, and mobile applications
Code and test new web, desktop and mobile applications as required in the project and or inside company.
Technical research, coding and testing on special hardware device required as per company business.
To provide hardware and software maintenance, training and consultation, and recommendations
about future planning and development of resources.
Providing all the services in an effective and efficient manner and ensuring maximum access and implementation of technology services and resources.
Ensure technology is accessible and equipped with current hardware and software.
Troubleshoot hardware, software and network operating system.
Be familiar with all hardware, software and network operating systems.
Provide orientation to new users of existing technology.
Provide individual training and support on request.
Provide recommendations about accessing information and support.
Maintain current and accurate inventory of technology hardware, software, and resources.
Monitor and maintain technology to ensure maximum access.
Troubleshoot all technology issues.
Maintain log and/or list of required repairs and maintenance.
Make recommendations about the purchase of technology resources.
Research current and potential resources and services.
Install workstations.
Connect and set up hardware.
Provide network accounts and passwords as required.
