Govern portfolio efforts in a Scaled Agile environmentOversee the achievement and risk ?blockers? related to IT product deliveriesPartner with IT Delivery Leads to develop and review lean business cases, linking business benefits to IT investments for funding and allocation requestsEnsure Scaled Agile governance processes and decisions are applied consistentlyOversee the creation and review of key metrics, outcomes, and reporting related to key milestones and objectivesSupport the identification/removal of barriers to deliveryAbility to build relationships and work collaboratively with diverse leadersProven experience managing effective IT governance in the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and/or other agile deliveryExperience overseeing Enterprise and large budget IT initiativesExceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written.Ensure that IT portfolio is aligned with the business, enterprise architecture and current capacity in order to avoid portfolio risks (i.e. cost problems of overspending/unnecessary spending)Coordinate and report to the corporate project management office ?CPMO? on IT portfolio activities and updatesProduces reports as appropriate for portfolio governance, including making recommendations for changes to the portfolioRaise key issues and apply proper risk management throughout the project lifecycle
