Coordinate and work for implementation and troubleshooting.
Document, analyze and test any applications deployed.
Develop, document and maintain configuration procedures.
Record, research, resolve and respond issues related to applications assigned.
Manage issue management process, procedures, and records.
Contribute with ongoing testing and maintain system quality standards.
Consult with Business to determine the appropriate application roadmap based on corporate architecture roadmap and user needs.
Create or update technical documentation - user guides, training materials, application operations manual, FAQs and other required materials.
Execute application recovery procedures.
Follow the corporate IT operating model and policies.
Perform routine maintenance processes and report.
