Urgent Requirement for an experienced?IT Operation Monitoring Lead for our reputed Retail Fashion client based in KSA.

  • Salary?? As Per Market Standards
  • Language Proficiency?? Arabic and English
  • Location?? Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
  • Nationality ? Saudi Nationals (because of visa quota availability)
Responsibilities:
  • Manage and support a team of Operation Monitoring IT Analyst
  • Responsible for establishing best practices through the entire Monitoring support process.
  • Develop daily, weekly and monthly reports on team?s productivity
  • Monitoring team performance and developing feedback reports for management.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
  • Manage escalations and ensure any issues are resolved in a timely manner.
  • Make recommendations to improve operational efficiency.
