Job Description

IT Manager will have a hands-on approach in managing improvements and operations around our MS Dynamics ERP environment, working side by side with not only the user, developer, and operational teams, but also providing seamless communication and collaboration with our executive team.Principal Duties And Responsibilities

  • MS Dynamics ERP environment and implementation
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Dynamics 365 system implementation, readily available to maintain
  • Plan and execute proper procedures and adjustments in relation to Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • Perform Senior Level consulting on systems design, process & workflow mapping
  • Management of custom app development, IT operations, security, and support.
  • Present end users with status updates and previous log of work
