The company is composed by 85 dental clinics.DescriptionOur IT Manager Infrastructure and security will manage a team of 5 IT professionals and will play a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing our IT infrastructure, ensuring its security, and optimising its performance for 85 clinics.Responsibilities:Oversee the day-to-day operations of the IT department, ensuring smooth functionality and system up time.Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 5 IT professionals.Develop and implement IT infrastructure strategies and security policies.Monitor and maintain network systems, servers, and databases.Ensure compliance with security standards and regulations.Collaborate with other departments to identify and address IT needs.Provide technical expertise and support in Microsoft Project.Conduct regular security assessments and audits.Evaluate and recommend hardware and software solutions.Manage IT budgets and resources effectively.Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues promptly.ProfileWe are looking for an experienced IT Manager with a strong background in infrastructure and security to lead our IT department in Riyadh.Requirements:Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.3-5 years of relevant experience in IT infrastructure and security.Proficiency in server administration and Microsoft Project.Strong knowledge of database management, particularly Postgres SQL.Microsoft certifications are a plus.Fluent in English and Arabic (both spoken and written).Excellent communication and leadership skills.Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.Proactive and detail-oriented.Job OfferN/C
