Manage IT department?s activities with respect to: Applications Support and Maintenance, Hardware/Software Maintenance, Network & Communication Maintenance, Information System Security and Systems configuration.
Meet with management to assess and determine quality of IT services and identify the required improvements.
Manage the development, evaluation and selection of new software and applications.
