Job Description

BASIC FUNCTIONTo coordinate, plan, and lead AV & IT-related activities in an organization. To determine the Technology needs in organization/ Projets and be responsible for implementing AV & IT systems to fulfill the organizations/ Projects AV & IT systems requirements.PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESIT Infractructure ( Company)

  • Lead IT projects, including the design and deployment of new IT systems and services for organization.
  • Handle annual budget and ensure cost effectiveness.
  • Plan, organize, control and evaluate IT hardware and software requirements of company.
  • Manage IT staff by recruiting, training and coaching employees, communicating job expectations and appraising their performance.
  • Design, develop, implement and coordinate systems, policies and procedures.
  • Monitor performance of information technology systems to determine cost and productivity levels, and to make recommendations for improving the IT infrastructure
  • Help define IT infrastructure strategy, architecture, and processes.
  • Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems.
  • Act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policy.
  • Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time.
  • Audit systems and assess their outcomes.
  • Maintain ISO documentation.
  • Preserve assets, information security and control structures
  • Analyze business requirements by partnering with key stakeholders across the organization to develop solutions for IT needs
  • Troubleshoot escalated hardware and software issues with internal IT team.
  • Office 365 Support.
AV Projects:
  • Lead AV projects, including the design and deployment of new AV & IT systems and services for projects.
  • Plan, cost/ budget, organize, control and evaluate AV & IT hardware and software requirements of Projects.
  • Work closely with project design team and engineers for AV and IT solution of a project.
  • Plan and design AV hardware and software solution for projects in coordination with loacl and international Stake holders/ Partners.
  • Rearching and finding New technology and solution for AV projects.
  • Managing Project technical support and AMC.
  • Plan, lead and manage AV Installtion team, software and commissioning team.
  • Take leadership in solving all AV & IT hardware and software isuues on project site.
  • Manage AV staff by recruiting, training, communicating job expectations and appraising their performance.
  • Work in Project documentations and submittals.
  • Managing AV technology venders and partners involved in the project.
  • Monitor performance of information technology systems installed in project sites.
  • Assess vendors and develop strategies for new hardware and software.
QUALIFICATIONSEducation
  • Bachelor?s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience
Experience
  • 5 to 10 years of experience working in IT operations
  • 3 to 5 years of expierence in AV
