Job Description

  • Responsible to Maintain all servers to be secured and updated
  • Maintaining the integration between the needed systems
  • Responsible to fetch Data
  • Responsible for posting accurate Data
  • Posting monthly inventory for system
  • Contacting contractors for subscriptions
  • Inventory for devices.
  • Procurement for devices.
  • Implementing new projects
  • Training the team for the IT procedures
  • Training the staff to use the devices
  • Back up for all devices
  • Setting-up all new devices
  • Co-ordinate with Apps providers.
  • Prepare maintenance reports
  • Re-schedule the maintenance plan for the team
  • Implementation all CCTV work
  • Re-schedule all CCTV checking visits for the team
  • Prepare the recording as per the requirements from the management.
  • Troubleshooting Different applications and systems
