Install new / rebuild existing servers and configure hardware, peripherals, services, settings, directories, storage, etc. in accordance with standards and project/operational requirements
Develop and maintain installation and configuration procedures for HP Infrastructure, Switches & Storage.
Supervise and participate in implementation of technologies and platforms supporting company business requirement.
Ensure high availability of infrastructure and IT services platform.
Troubleshoot and fix infrastructure related issues impacting business operation of company
Serve as one of the primary points of contact for IT infrastructure and service providers and coordinate in provisioning, installation and troubleshooting
Document the design, operation and troubleshooting platform and procedures
Manage to host environment inclusive of web servers, VMWare, database servers, Cisco, SAN, Blades etc to ensure apt tuning plus capacity.
liaising with solution provider to fix system related bugs
Contacting solution providers for additional customization requirement
Following up customization testing and complete life cycle
Coordinating between process owners and external technical team for finalize requirement
