Your Role: Lead and manage the complete IT operations and service delivery functions as per the business requirements. You will be responsible for building office and site IT infrastructures, system automation, cloud, web & app architecture including design and development. Demonstrate strong leadership and navigate the team by providing the support needed. Build quality assurance and data protection processes. Monitor KPIs and budgets to assess technological performance. Provide the most current and up to date technological solutions and ensure continuous improvement and innovation with the team. Oversee contract negotiations with IT vendors, contractors, and service providers.
