The IT Director will manage the IT department and provide leadership to the team. He/she will be instrumental in delivering IT projects and transformation across the organisation.Client DetailsOur client is a well-established Family Group based in Riyadh, whose main business is Consumer Electronics distribution.DescriptionThe IT Director will be responsible for:Reviewing and implementing IT StrategyDeveloping and managing IT budgetIT policies and proceduresManaging IT Services and SupportHardware and software deploymentsApplication management and supportIT securityIT risk management/IT disaster recovery managementWorking as an IT Business Partner to gather business requirements and make recommendation for innovationWork on digital transformation strategy; upgrades to SAP S/4HANA and digital/mobile applicationsIT project managementTeam leadershipProfileThe IT Director will be/have:A Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields of study10+ years in IT, of which at least 3 years must have been in a leadership roleStrong project management skills (PMP certification is preferred)Ability to lead from the front, and handle difficult stakeholdersDemonstrated leadership capabilitiesExperience in SAP is preferredBased in/willing to relocate to Riyadh (candidates must be based in Saudi already)Job OfferA competitive salary package plus family benefits (medical insurance and flights) will be on offer for the IT Director role.
