Job Description

Urgent Requirement for an experienced?IT Analyst - Network for our reputed Retail Fashion client based in KSA.

  • Salary?? As Per Market Standards
  • Language Proficiency?? Arabic and English
  • Location?? Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
  • Nationality ? Saudi Nationals (because of visa quota availability)
Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for preparing moderate to complex network designs/schematics to address specific network solution requirements
  • Prepare work orders containing instructions to be used by outsource Technician to configure network hardware and software
  • Work with Outsource technical teams to provide solutions and internetworking communications requirements
  • Configure WAN/ LAN/ WLAN equipment in a complex environment
  • Troubleshoot WAN/ LAN/ WLAN network issues
  • Document Incident management tickets
  • Possess solid understanding of networking technologies including (but not limited to) Network accelerators, Firewalls, Load Balancers (minimal exposure)
  • Leverage ITIL processes that specifically include Incident, Change and Problem management
