The objective of the Project is to build a TPA (Third Party Administrator) as a stand-alone company which will take over the health claims agenda of the Client and offer the claims settlement services also to other insurers in the market ??.To achieve this the Project Team will need to analyze the current operations, design the new business operating model including underlying operational and insurance finances, ensure building of the technical platform, build up the organization in accordance with local regulations, transfer the existing processes to the new company and launch the business to third parties on the market. This will also involve commercial aspects and relationship management with healthcare service providers, insurers and regulatory bodies ??.Your mission ??:Quickly obtain a thorough understanding of the core IT platform of the Health Insurance claims management processUnderstand all essential technical aspects of the relevant partners (Insurers incl. Medgulf, Health care providers, government etcSupport the project team in liaising with the provider of the core system and understand the technical requirements of its operationTranslate the business process requirements into technical specs for the core system setup, customization and additional development using CD IT project management toolsRole Context ??:Will be a part of the Creative Dock venture building organization reporting to the Project CTOYour remuneration objectives will be based on delivering the transition according to the approved scope, time and budget in the first stage, follow by TPA operational KPIs from the launch, scaling and onwardsPreferred experienceA university degree in a relevant fieldProven experience in engineering and software architecture design.In-depth understanding of standard IT Project Management tools (Jira, Confluence, ?.)Experience with implementation and operation of enterprise core systems with high volume and reliabilityExperience with creating IT development functional descriptionsProven excellent communication skills in a multicultural environmentIdeally, some track record from health, life or P&C insurance industryFluent Arabic and English is a must
