Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Managing communication between a companys management and its investors.
  • Developing the investor relations team in order to achieve and adopt IR best practices in the market.
  • Research and analyze financial trends, competitor behavior, shareholder issues, and anything else that could impact the business.
  • Keep abreast of CMA regulatory developments and oversee the publicly announced information in tadawul.??
  • Develop investor confidence and belief in the companys vision and strategy for delivering shareholder value.
  • Create and manage a strong reputation by demonstrating consistent and clear communication between internal and external parties.
  • Analyze and present financial trends, competitor behavior, shareholder issues, and anything else that could impact the business.
  • Prepare the companys Annual Report.
  • Organizing the companys general assemblies.??
