Greenstone is selective in choosing its clients:?

  • Greenstone conducts substantial due diligence on potential clients before onboarding them;
  • Greenstone will not take on competing clients; and
  • Greenstone seeks sector and geographic differentiation in its client selection to provide its investors with diversified investment options.
?Greenstone Equity Partners is primarily active in the placement of funds that include, but is not limited to the following:?
  • Large-cap private equity funds;
  • Credit/direct lending/mezzanine funds;
  • Mid-cap private equity funds;
  • Growth private equity funds;
  • Venture capital funds;
  • Private equity real estate funds (commercial/residential/multi-family/specialty);
  • Open-ended real estate funds;
  • Value-add real estate funds;
  • Commercial real estate funds; and
  • Real estate credit funds.
?Title:Assistant Vice President, Central Regional Coverage?Reporting Line:President, Greenstone?Location:Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia?Job Purpose:The key and primary responsibility of this position is to effectively manage, within a regulatory framework governed by the Saudi CMA, the end to end placement process of Greenstone?s clients and their associated investment solutions to investors in the Central Province market and generate substantial Success Fee revenue. ?As Assistant Vice President, Central Regional Coverage, you will be supporting the Head of Coverage in managing the placement process relating to a range of financial products, providing investors with a diversified platform of investment solutions and ensuring that you are able to address investor needs and demand.?The placement process will be governed and regulated by the Saudi CMA and all activities and services provided in relation to this placement process will be enacted and performed in line with Saudi CMA requirements. To enable the continued growth and development of this market, the AVP will support the HOC in building a comprehensive front-end capability and expand the investor base in line with investor demand.?Primary Responsibilities:?
  • Supporting the HOC in managing the scheduling of all Central Region investor meetings for Greenstones clients
  • Manage the follow-up of all Central Region investor meetings through a comprehensive and systematic follow up process
  • Execute/attend all Riyadh investor meetings with Greenstone?s clients
  • Develop & expand the Greenstone Central Region investor base
  • Establish relationships with Greenstone clients visiting the Central Region
  • Attend weekly client conference calls
  • Provide weekly reporting to the progress of Greenstone
  • Identifying and developing new business opportunities, including new products and clients
  • Screening new business opportunities including high level due diligence
