Investments ManagerJOB PURPOSE:To Lead the identification, analysis and selection of business partnerships, investments, merger and acquisition opportunities, through building business cases, collaborating with internal, external stockholders and third-party consultants to drive Nadec?s growth and prosper.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:Strategic Contribution* Execute the annual business plan and targets and comply with the strategic agenda of the Business Development/Investment to deliver Nadec vision and mission.* Translate the strategy into operational business plans for the Business Development/Investment and lead the performance and execution of those plans to achieve functional objectives and deliver the Company?s strategyBudgetingParticipate in the preparation of the functional budget and assess financial performance versus the budget so that the business is aware of anticipated costs/revenues, areas of unsatisfactory performance are identified, and potential performance improvement opportunities are capitalized.Core Accountabilities* Analyze and identify business opportunities and partnerships through collaborating with various stakeholders, in order to identify investment opportunities that would support Nadec?s growth and prosper.* Lead the selection of investment options based on a defined selection criteria and through conducting an initial screening and thus present recommendation to CEO /Investment committee / Board to obtain approval.* Develop detailed business cases , plans, feasibility studies and risk analysis for related business opportunities in collaboration with relevant stakeholders to ensure accuracy and efficiency of deliverables, while ensuring scenario development and analysis for business cases are conducted.* Work closely with PMO office in translating business cases into effective project plans, which includes clear objectives, defined budgets and risks to ensure successful execution.* Lead all merger and acquisition activities, which includes and not limited to; due diligences, shared purchase agreement, in addition to recommending and managing integrations activities through a third-party consultant, to ensure successful integration.* lead the agreement and negotiate of any patronship, and collaborate with legal team in reviewing related legal documents, to ensure effective agreements.* Analyze existing investment and find swapping alternatives or other alternate exit plans when required.* Develop relevant performance reports of the New Business Investments to support the investment committee in making investment decisions.* Review and evaluate the periodical reports provided from invested companies to take corrective actions accordingly.People Management AccountabilitiesEnsure that all subordinates have clear objectives, constructive and accurate performance feedback sessions formal annual performance appraisals, and individual development plans.Policies, Systems, Processes & Procedures* Adhere with direction for the development and implementation of organizational unit?s policies, systems, processes and procedures, identifying potential areas of improvement to ensure efficient and effective operation.* Comply with corporate requirements on adherence to policies, procedures and instructions related to all relevant regulatory directives to ensure a safe and risk-free environment.SkillsQUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:Education and Certifications? Bachelor?s Degree from reputed University. ? M.B.A or Similar accreditation (Preferred). ? Qualification as CPACFA will be of an added value.Experience:? Minimum experience of 5-7 years in investment or transaction service at one of the BIG 4 Companies or an investment bank. ? Experience in Saudi market will be of an added value. ? Strong competency in financial modelling; project financing and project valuation methodologies.Skills:? Fluent in English ? Strong analytical skills are result-driven and an independent executer with a strong drive. ? Prepared to assume a high degree of responsibility and possess the ability to work under tight deadlines. ? Project-oriented and demonstrate good social skills. ? Self-motivated and able to participate in daily routines as a ?hands-on? person but can also demonstrate prior experience creating results through others, while maintaining good relationships. ?
