Responsible for managing the entire process of fund fundraising, investment management, and withdrawal, including:1. Investment business:Continuously exploring high-quality project sources and establishing local networksHas profound industry knowledge and accumulation in several fields such as technology, education, healthcare, real estate, oil and gas, new energy, and new materialsHaving extensive experience in cross-border M&A investment projects, comprehensive professional capabilities, and strong critical point control and judgment2. Post investment management:Responsible for post investment management work, developing post investment management plans, and implementing investment management goalsEstablishing a trust relationship with the core management of the invested enterprise can effectively influence the management to achieve the exit goalServe on the board of directors as needed3. Fundraising support:Collaborate with the fundraising team to plan fundraising strategies for funds/productsCooperate to complete due diligenceMaintain investor relations and review investor reports4.
