Job Description

Position Summary:The Investment Analyst/Specialist is responsible for the day-to-day management of the operational and administrative functions of AlSaedan and its associate?s investment and real estate project portfolio. The primary role is to analyse the investments to maximise returns in line with the investment objective and risk profile of AlSaedan and its associates.Primary Duties & Responsibilities

  • Assist & analyse financial information to forecast business, industry, and economic conditions, for use in making investment decisions for manager.
  • Assist in Investment Management policies and procedures to expedite workflow and improve the efficiency of the function.
  • Gather and analyse company financial statements, industry, regulatory and economic information, new government legislation; and financial periodicals and newspapers.
  • Support in Interpret data concerning price, yield, stability, and future trends of current and future investments.
  • Assist in summarizing data describing current and long-term trends in investment risks and economic influences pertinent to investments.
  • Initiate and support in preparing reports, including charts and graphs, to illustrate trends, future payoffs, and possible risks of various investment opportunities and submits to the manager.
  • Prepare comparisons reports between the actual financial performance and the budget on quarterly basis for investments and projects.
  • Support and assist in updating the business plan by the actual performance on annual basis.
  • Maintain and update spreadsheets detailing financial performance of all investment options.
  • Undertake special studies, as required, usually involving new investments and treasury.
  • Coordinate and conduct evaluation of portfolio return on investment (ROI)
  • Analyse performance against suitable benchmark assets.
  • Assist in the preparation of the Departments business plans, reports, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Fulfils different assignments and any other ad-hoc duties as required from Management.
  • Coordinate and prepare feasibility studies of the new projects and keep updating these studies until the Manager approval will be taken.
  • Keep updating the feasibility studies of the new projects as per the banks requirements to get the required funds.
