Inventory Controller Job SummaryWe are seeking for a diligent, well-organized, and responsible inventory controller to join our esteemed company with our manufacturing, retail, and wholesale operations. In this position, you will manage inventory using a computerized database system and MS Excel. Your primary objective is to maintain adequate levels of stock in all branches to meet daily distribution requirement.Duties and ResponsibilitiesOversee and maintain inventory and supply chain management according to company guidelinesMonitoring inventory levels and replenishing stock as needed in all branches.Perform critical inventory tasks to ensure the correct quantity of items are in stockMaintain updated and accurate records of inventory, including stock transfers and regular stock taking / physical inventory count.Review documentation and monitor product codes to search for discrepancies.Investigate and resolve any quantity discrepancies between stock and records.Respond to sales inquiries and purchase orders; collect and analyze data to determine appropriate order quantitiesPrepare, generate, and file inventory reports.
