Urgent Require Inventory Controller for Chocolate Factory in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.Only send us CVs direct from India, Visas already available thereThe Role: Maintenance of stocks and regular checks on the incoming and outgoing materials. Performing activities such as stocking operational materials and supplies, inventory control and records, and related duties as required and periodic physical inventory.Responsibility:•Take delivery of all incoming materials and reconcile them with purchase orders and specifications.•Reconciling ERP/Odoo quantities with Physical Inventory levels to make sure the Inventory is up to date.•Keeping track of the Inventory items, Raw Materials, Packaging Items and reporting shortages to management to avoid stockouts and delay in production.•Initiate purchase requests with the accurate required item description and QTY after physical verification and an ERP/Odoo inventory check.•Ensure complete documentation. receiving report to be attached along with invoice to PO before sending to HO, signed by operational managers with items discrepancies stated if any.•Track, document, and resolve any discrepancies on received orders.•Ensure accuracy of the facility’s inventory system by updating records of physical inventory totals, receipts, adjustments, and returns.•Collaborate with the quality supervisor and provide evidence of actual incoming and outgoing materials.•Keep track of all the outgoing products.•Checking the sales order, goods dispatch notes, and invoices with actual goods in the vehicles.•Updating the physical Inventory sheet on a daily basis.•Preparing reports for the Head Office detailing the movement in stock.Salary, 2500 SR + 200 SR for Food + Accommodation,interested send us CVs.
