Job Description

Objectives:Our client is a Hospitality Company and is looking for an Internal Auditor to provide independent and objective evaluations of financial and operational business activities, including corporate governance.Key Responsibilities:

  • Objectively assess the company?s business processes
  • Assess the company?s risks and the efficacy of its risk management efforts
  • Ensures that the organization is complying with relevant laws and statutes
  • Evaluates internal control and makes recommendations on how to improve
  • Identifies shortfalls or gaps in processes
  • Promotes ethics and helps identify improper conduct
  • Assures safeguards
  • Investigates fraud
  • Communicates the findings and recommendations to the company?s Chairman
  • Provides an opinion (Unqualified, qualified, adverse, or disclaim) whenever required by the Chairman
