? Receive project inquiry from sales team.? Review the client files, AutoCAD, bill of quantities (BOQ), specs of project.? Conduct site survey in the same city or project site.? Create bill of quantities (BOQ) from client BOQ, layout or special design.? Create full design from scratch based on company brands and supplier or customized furniture including furniture, curtains,lighting, rugs, etc.? Contact suppliers to get prices and quotations, or getting prices from price list in the company product library.? Prepare full furniture layouts, including preparing the configurations of workstations, meeting tables, general office furnitureitems, hotel furniture, residential furniture with all grades and types.? Specify items for products such as (workstations panel systems, bench system, meeting tables with bases, modular system,cable management systems, hotel furniture configurations, headboards, divans, residential furniture configurations such asliving rooms sets ,bedrooms sets etc.).? Prepare full quotations.? Coordinate with senior staff to close the quotation and project.? Prepare data sheets, presentations for projects.? Arrange a library of the company products ?soft and hard ?.? Perform other duties pertinent to this job as assigned.
