Collect measurements, dimensions, and other routine calculations needed for design layouts.
Provide clients with suitable design recommendations based on budgets, building locations, and recent trends.
Create initial design sketches, color themes, and concepts based on client requirements and space availability, and present them.
Use 3D MAX and CAD software to create preliminary architectural plans and 3D renderings for approval by management and clients.
Redesign and modify designs based on feedback from management and clients.
Assist in sourcing products and materials involved in the plans.
Deliver comprehensive interior design services from design to implementation, including soft furnishing, hard furnishing, and space design.
Interact with clients and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and efficient client relationship management.
Supervise on-site/location progress of work.
Collaborate closely with sales teams and construction personnel.
