Job Description

BWP are currently representing a leading Information Communications Technologies (ICT) provider who have a large presence in the Middle East. They have been awarded a large contract for a rail project in Saudi Arabia and have a vacancy for a Platform Screen Door (PSD) Installation, Testing and Commissioning Manager.?Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for planning, managing the installation, verification and validation process, system testing and commissioning and related documentation
  • Selection and management of subcontractor work-force
  • Liaise with Customer and internal team members to ensure good coordination, planning, documentation and meeting of project schedule
  • Responsible for organizing site troubleshooting, analysis, reporting, documentation and clearing punch-lists
Key Requirements:
  • Degree in Mechanical / Mechatronics / Control System Engineering
  • Having at least 5 years relevant experience in electro-mechanical system installation and testing
  • Experience in Metro project / railway industry
  • Knowledge in electro mechanical and control systems including drive automation, ethernet, TCP/IP, CANBUS, PLC, SCADA, HMI technology
  • Experience in T&C of PSD
