Maintains up to date knowledge which affects the outcomes of Inspection & Compliance audits and activities.
Monitors the advertisement and marketing standards.
Executes planned and independent spot audits participants (at both the individual and institution level).
Prepares and sends formal requests for documentation to participants under audit, requesting for any books and records etc.
Collects, validatesand analyses necessary data required for inspection & compliance assignments.
Documents any potential issues/deficiencies/ findings from inspections, discussing thesame with the Manager.
Develops reports highlighting conclusions drawn from the inspection.
Discusses corrective actions/amendments requirement to maintain compliance?s regulations/policies with the Manager.
Follows up on corrective actions taken and amendments with participants for any discrepancies/ non-compliance issues?elevating any progressing non-compliance issues to the Manager for further consideration.
Maintains of a list of compliant and approved brokers/agents, sharing the same information.
Ensuring consumers are equipped with the relevant knowledge to make the best decisions in their property transactions involving property brokers/ agents.
Performs any other duties/ tasks that might be assigned by his direct line manager.
