Job Description

Help AG is looking for a talented and experienced Inside Sales Representative is responsible for a specific industry within the Saudi Arabia market. He is responsible to identify new opportunities for Help AG products and services and co-ordinates his activities with the management of Help AG as well as with our vendor partners. The Inside Sales Representative is supported by Help AG?s strong marketing activities, the excellent reputation, and strong references in the Saudi market as well as a by a large team of outstanding security experts. He/she will get in touch with target customers and introduces Help AG and its product and services portfolio by phone, email and introductory meetings. The Inside Sales Representative is continuous point of contact for the customer.

  • Minimum 5 successful years of experience in Riyadh in IT networking or information security.
  • Strong experience in doing presentations, demonstrations, preparing proposals, responding to RFPs, Tenders, etc.
  • Experience in identifying decision-makers and stakeholders as well as in management-level discussions and negotiations.
  • Experience with key Information Security tools, vendors, such as Splunk, F5, PaloAlto, etc.
Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for generating leads and hunt and find new prospects.
  • Conduct research to identify leads and reach business targets through telephone, email, webinar and other modern virtual presence technologies.
  • Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts.
  • Identify decision-makers within targeted leads to begin the sales process.
  • Penetrate all targeted accounts and radiate sales from within client base.
  • Create and deliver qualified opportunities to other team members.
  • Deal with SME and small leads or opportunities.
  • Ensure follow-up by passing leads to appropriate team members with calls-to-action, dates, complete profile information, sources, etc.
  • Where necessary, support marketing efforts such as trade shows, exhibits, and other events.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering or a closely related degree; or comparable experience
  • 1 - 3 Years of experience in Inside Sales.
  • Sales certification of various vendors
  • Good understanding of management systems, ISMS, BCMS
  • Very good skills in usage of MS-Office
  • Ability and commitment to manage long term client relationship.
  • Ability to manage CXO level relationship.
  • Understand customer security requirement and map appropriate solutions.
  • Excellent professional communication skills
  • Very good presentation skills
  • Flexible work approach, based on the job requirements
  • Active listener
  • Team Player with strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate well with others
  • Speak and write in English is required; Ability to speak and write in both English and Arabic is preferred
  • Customer-focused attitude
  • Strong solutions selling skills.
  • Sound knowledge of Information Security Solutions
