Coordinate with designers, engineers, and architects to identify infrastructure requirements and specifications for the property.
Evaluate multiple options for infrastructure requirements and provide optimum recommendation based on analysis of pros and cons of each.
Maintain relationships with suppliers, identify the most optimum supplier as per requirements, and engage in commercial and technical negotiations to ensure cost optimization and high quality.
Ensure adherence of all infrastructure assets to safety and environmental standards and regulations.
Work, Guide and collaborate with consultants to strategize infrastructure design development.
Work in Tandem with Master Planning and urban design to deliver comprehensive master community experience.
