POSITION ˙SUMMARY:˙As a key player in a transverse ˙multi-national ˙team the ILS Manager will manage Integrated Logistic Support activities for products in development ˙& technical support for products in service taking the lead on various projects.˙PRINCIPAL ˙RESPONSIBILITIES:˙?˙˙Works closely with program/product engineering/customer teams to influence design and development ˙activities to optimize supportability ˙factors and life cycle cost.?˙˙Leads, coordinates ˙and manages the successful execution of all logistics elements including maintenance ˙concept/planning, technical manuals, training, Logistics Management Information, supply support, life-cycle cost, and reliability, maintainability, and availability.?˙˙Plans and manages all follow-on ˙support activities for long-term support during and after the production ˙phase to ensure outstanding ˙customer satisfaction.?˙˙Coordinates ˙and manages the development ˙and release of logistics products with associated ˙product improvements ˙and upgrades for the life of the products.?˙˙Coordinates ˙and manages Subcontractors as necessary to provide a seamless support system/strategy.?˙˙˙Responsible for all resource and budget planning and execution.?˙˙Leads˙˙the logistics program and proposal activities to meet or exceed all contract/proposal requirements.?˙˙˙Manages ILS reviews and generates ˙plans, schedules, metrics and reports.?˙˙Responsible for support interface with Subcontractors. SKILLS:?˙˙Fully updated with appropriate ˙market methodology.?˙˙Excellent communication skills.?˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙Ability to deal with senior customers and end users.˙
