You will be accountable for ensuring that the stores comply with all standard operating procedures as follows:?˙˙˙˙˙˙Perform regular analysis of finished goods delivered to stores for chemical and microbiological parameters.?˙˙˙˙˙˙Record keeping of results.?˙˙˙˙˙˙Coordinate with stakeholders for any non-conforming situations of finished goods based on analysis.?˙˙˙˙˙˙Conduct audits/inspections to ensure that the stores comply with food safety and quality systems requirements.?˙˙˙˙˙˙Coordinate with stake holders on closing findings of audits and inspections.?˙˙˙˙˙˙Prepare timely, and accurate audit/inspection reports and share with the stakeholders.?˙˙˙˙˙˙Liaise with any regulatory inspection, regulatory sample collections and submissions.?˙˙˙˙˙˙Adherence to GLP, hygiene, and ISO requirements.
