Urgent Require Hydrogen Generator and High-pressure Diaphragm Compressor Technician (Oil & Gas) for Saudi ArabiaKey Responsibilities:1. Installation and Commissioning:•Install and commission PEM hydrogen generators and H2 diaphragm compressors, DM / DI Unit, air compressor, cooling water chiller etc. at customer sites.•Ensure proper setup and alignment of equipment according to the manufacturer specifications.2. Maintenance and Repair:•Perform regular preventive maintenance on PEM systems and H2 compressors, DM / DI unit, air compressor, cooling water chiller etc. to ensure optimal performance and longevity.•Diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment issues, recommending and executing appropriate repairs3. Technical Support:•Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers, addressing any operational or technical concerns.•Assist in training customers in equipment operation & safety protocols.4. Documentation & Reporting:•Prepare detailed service reports after each site visit to document work performed. Filling time sheets and getting signs from customers for each visit.•Report to the Maintenance Engineer about day-to-day site visits and necessary documentation requirements.•Knowledge about work permits. Permit holders in previous jobs are an added advantage.•Maintain accurate records of service activities, including maintenance schedules, repairs, and troubleshooting steps.5. Safety Compliance:•Adhere to all safety protocols and standards while performing duties in the field.•Working at the site safely is an added advantage. Knowledge about life-saving rules.•Identify and mitigate potential safety hazards related to hydrogen production and compression.6. Continuous Improvement:•Provide feedback on equipment performance and customer experiences to Maintenance Engineer to help with service enhancements.•Stay updated on industry best practices and advancements in hydrogen technology.Qualifications:•Diploma or equivalent technical degree or certification in a related field preferred Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electrical & Instrumentation.•7+ years of experience in service and maintenance of industrial equipment, preferably in hydrogen generation and compression, utilities like PSA plant, air compressor, chiller, DM / DI Unit etc.•Strong mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting skills, and knowledge of mechanical, electrical & Instrumentation systems.•Familiarity with hydraulic systems is a plus.Salary, 3000 SR + Benefits
