Job Description

We are Chinese Visa Application Service Center, we are here to welcome someone who is proficient in HR operations and also is interested in Admin and some Visa work for the center. Our office work is not complicated that?s why we want you to do more parts when you are available.You will directly report to the center manager who is a Chinese. We want you to be proactive, do more than talk. Talk concisely and logically, and directly get to the point.Also, we are a new company, we are open to you to give new ideas and leverage your advantages.the HR part:

  • Project the office and attendance regulations with the manager; Recording the employees attendance.
  • Calculate monthly salary and benefits;
  • To be the liaison with the HR company to address the monthly salary issues, push HR company to work efficiently.
  • Recruitment, collect CVs from potential candidates, schedule interviews and manage the hiring process.
  • Assess training needs and preparing for training together with the manager.
  • Answer all relevant questions to employees.
