Job Description

Our client, an award-winning engineering consultancy is seeking an experienced˙HR˙Manager˙to join their Riyadh team. The company is responsible for consulting on some of the most prestigious projects across the globe.The role could be ideal for a standalone HR Manager in the construction or engineering industry.˙The role will enable you to draw on your experience in HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, data management, reporting, terms and conditions, and payroll.˙You will require excellent attention to detail, you will ensure effective workflows are in place and actively manage all processes.

  • Partner with the business in all operational and strategic HR-related matters.
  • Review and develop existing HR policies and procedures within the business.
  • Manage all employee relations, including absences, disciplinaries, annual and sick leave, deployment, and onboarding.
  • Work closely with management to develop competency-based pay and recognition systems to aid talent attraction and retention.
  • Oversee and manage all recruiting within the business.
  • Manage all staff review processes, including KPI and Performance Management.
  • Oversee and maintain the staff handbook.
  • Provide comprehensive HR function to support the business including plan, directing, and coordinating HR management activities to achieve the business strategy
  • Updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
  • Counselling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
