Job Description

A Human Resources Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of the HR department and ensuring that the organizations HR policies and procedures are implemented effectively. They play a crucial role in recruiting, training, and retaining employees, as well as maintaining a positive work environment. The HR Manager is responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives that align with the companys overall goals and objectives.Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  2. Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.
  3. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  4. Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
  5. Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Preferred Candidate:
  1. Minimum 5 years of experience in HR management.
  2. Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Saudi Arabia.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  5. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
