Job Description

Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive located in Riyadh. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for overseeing HR management, HR operations, employee relations, HR policies.

  • Facilitates implementation of new training, development, recruiting, and other related initiatives.
  • Utilizing data and analysis to propose policies and activities that enhance organizational culture, such as improving the recruitment and retention of qualified candidates, resolving staffing issues, increasing employee motivation, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Utilize various sources to gather and compile HR data such as HRIS, payroll, surveys, exit interviews, and employment records, among others.
  • Evaluating HR data and metrics to identify opportunities for enhancing the organizational culture, providing recommendations for improving talent acquisition, staff retention, motivation, and addressing compliance requirements.
