Job Description

We are looking for an HR Director to join our team in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate should architect our human capital strategy and cultivate a culture of excellence.Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the executive team to understand the companys goals and strategy related to staffing, recruiting, and retention.
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
