Job Description

Human Resources CoordinatorWe are currently recruiting for a Saudi National to join our Riyadh office as a Human Resources Coordinator.   • Ensure data accuracy in the global HRIS system at all times
  • Support the ME HR Team with administrative tasks
  • Support employees with Ad-Hoc requests (letters, payslips etc)
  • Run different types of HR reports and analytics
  • Support with adding and deleting new joiners in HRIS
  • Support with onboarding process, new joiner process, probation process etc
  • Support with Government Relations Administrative tasks
  • Support with employee events and HR tasks as appointed
What will you bringA person who sees themselves as a proactive self-starter who enjoys cross-collaboration with multiple business units and people at all levels in the organisation. You will be able to demonstrate a profile of:
  • IT skills including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and experience of using spreadsheets and databases
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy
  • Confident, proactive, and resilient character, with the ability to take the lead in challenging situations
  • Strong eye on detail, accurate and ability to solve problems, think on your feetand present solutions
  • Organised and strong ability to prioritise workload and manage deadlines
  • Knowledge of UAE and KSA national laws relating to payroll and its governing laws and general administrational conditions
