Job Description

A strategic partner for the alignment of business objectives with employees and management in designated business units. Partnering as a consultant to management on Human Resource related issues as an employee champion and a change agent. Assessing and anticipating HR-related needs. Communicating needs proactively with the HR department and business management and to develop & implement integrated solutions.Job Responsibilities & Performance Standards:

  • Providing solutions to HR related issues and concerns for department?s heads.
  • Providing support to assigned functions in areas of recruitment, learning and development, organizational development, reward and benefits, talent management and employee relations.
  • Manage the delivery of all HR processes and day to day HR operations.
  • Implement new policies and procedures.
  • Keep employee records and manage employee relations.
  • Up to date with any new related to work regulations.
  • Possess excellent knowledge of the processes of government organizations, including: Ministry of Labor, General Organization for Social Insurance (GOSI), Passport Office, Chamber of Commerce, Saudization System (Nitaqat), Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) and Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF).
  • Controlling the issuing of new employment contracts and due renewal contracts.
  • Supervise the whole employee life cycle processes.
  • Executing the monthly payroll and all its related day to day payroll operations.
  • Ensuring efficient monitoring for attendance in all branches.
  • Manage the annual performance management process with department?s heads and execute the related action plan.
  • Maintain the highest level of confidentiality in all aspects of assigned duties.
  • Prepare the necessary periodic reports like headcount reports, board reports, leaves provisions, accumulation reports, Saudization, GOSI, Payroll, Wages Protection System and HRDF.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor?s degree in HR, Business Administration or equivalent.
  • More than 7 years of progressive experience in HR roles.
  • Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of KSA labor laws, GOSI and related regulations.
  • Must be a Saudi national.
