Job Description

Our client is a well-established food manufacturing company with a diversified product portfolio. They are looking to hire a well experience Human Resources Director for their head office in Riyadh.The Human Resources Director will guide and manage the overall provision of Human Resources services, policies, and programs for the entire company.1. Leadership and Strategy:

  • Develop and lead the departments goals, objectives, and systems.
  • Establish departmental measurements to track progress towards company goals.
  • Conduct ongoing research to keep management informed of new HR trends and developments.
  • Partner with the DCEO and CFO in annual budget planning.
2. HR Programs and Operations:
  • Oversee the implementation of HR programs through HR staff and ensure adherence to established standards.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions for any discrepancies.
  • Manage and guide HR consultants, attorneys, and training specialists.
  • Develop and administer programs, procedures, and guidelines to align the workforce with company strategy.
  • Oversee the preparation and maintenance of HR reports to track department activities.
  • Manage the development and maintenance of the HR section of the companys website and intranet.
  • Utilize HR information systems (HRIS) to optimize HR operations.
3. Training and Development:
  • Define and implement all HR training programs.
  • Lead the implementation of the performance management system, including development plans.
  • Establish an in-house training system for onboarding, management development, and other identified needs.
4. Recruitment and Employment:
  • Set and lead the standard recruiting and hiring practices to attract top talent.
  • Interview and participate in the selection process for management and executive positions.
5. Employee Relations:
  • Formulate and recommend HR policies and objectives for employee relations.
  • Partner with management to communicate HR policies and programs.
  • Establish practices to foster a positive work environment.
  • Investigate employee complaints and concerns.
  • Advise managers on progressive discipline and performance improvement processes.
  • Review and approve management recommendations for terminations.
6. Compensation and Benefits:
  • Establish and manage the companys wage and salary structure, pay policies, and variable pay systems.
  • Conduct market research to ensure competitive compensation practices.
  • Recommend changes to benefit programs to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
