Job Description

JOB PURPOSEThe purpose of this position is to assist the Manager in all HSSE related documents and data arrangements.Be the single source of HSSE data capturing for the organization.?DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES

  1. Receive and compile a weekly HSSE Dashboard in accordance with the HSSE Manager requirements
  2. Maintain HSSE Management programs in accordance with regulatory HSSE standards and guidelines.
  3. Provides assistance to the HSSE Manager in all forms related to the organization?s HSSE
  4. Keep the Organization?s incident logs up to date
  5. Ensure Project report submissions to corporate HSSE
  6. Prepare HSSE presentations in accordance with the organization?s HSSE performance based on information received from the projects and HSSE Manager
  7. Compile the HSSE metrics
  8. Compile and maintain HSSE training records and prepare training certificates in accordance with training plan
  9. Compile HSSE News Flashes in accordance with HSSE Manager?s requirements
  10. Receive and disseminate incident reports
  11. Follow up on incident investigations
  12. Filling of HSSE related documentation
  13. Compiles a metrics evacuation drill report
  14. Identify trends based on information received from projects
  15. Assist projects based on HSSE inquiries
  16. Prepare and compile minutes of meeting ? Record keeping
  17. Maintain HSSE Responsibility tracker
  18. Maintain HSSE observation trackers and compile statistics
QUALIFICATIONS & CERTIFICATIONS
  • NEBOSH Occupational Health & Safety Management Certification
  • Formal Incident Investigation training
  • Advanced Microsoft Office training?
  • Formal audit certification training
  • ISO 14001-2015 Certification
  • ISO 45001-2018 Certification?
EXPERIENCE5 years field HSSE related experience?
