Job Description

This job requires a highly skilled and experienced HSE Officer to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As an HSE Officer for our galvanizing factory, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures specific to the galvanizing process. Your role will be crucial in ensuring a safe and secure work environment for all employees involved in galvanizing operations.Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement safety policies and procedures specific to the galvanizing process, ensuring compliance with local regulations and international standards.
  2. Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential hazards related to galvanizing operations and recommend corrective actions.
  3. Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses that occur during galvanizing operations, and prepare detailed reports with recommendations for preventive measures.
  4. Provide training and awareness programs to employees involved in galvanizing operations on safety practices and procedures specific to the galvanizing process.
  5. Collaborate with management and employees to develop and implement emergency response plans and procedures tailored to the galvanizing process.
Preferred Candidate:
  1. Minimum of 1 year of experience as an HSE Officer in a galvanizing factory.
  2. Strong knowledge of local HSE regulations and international standards related to galvanizing operations.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure.
  5. Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
