Role Summary:To review, evaluate, and analyze work environments and design programs and procedures tocontrol, eliminate, and prevent disease or injury caused by chemical, physical, and ergonomicfactors.Duties and responsibilities:? Conduct site inspection, reporting of the unsafe conditions & acts to the concernedsupervisors & top management.? Reporting Safety Observations through HSE Dashboard (Management System Tool).? Support Project HSE Manager/Sr. Safety Officer in HSE Compliance, implement HSEPolicy and programs.? Supervising HSE for Multiple Subcontractors? Conducting Toolbox talks and Induction Training.? Daily Workplace and Equipment Inspection.? Helping safety manager, Sr. Safety Officer to Preparing of JSA & Risk Assessments.? Regular verification of Work Permits.? Maintaining of HSE checklists & inspection records.? Incident reporting, root cause investigation and team communication.? Implementing project emergency response plan, fire & Safety plan, and rescue plans.? Assisting HSE Manager in conducting internal audits? Area inspection before and after the critical activities.? Maintaining two-way communication with the workers and management.? Issuing, monitoring of working permits and authorizing project activity.
