(job will be between projects in Riyadh and Dammam)Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement HSE policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify hazards and assess compliance with safety standards.
Lead risk assessments and safety evaluations for projects, recommending corrective actions as necessary.
Monitor and report on HSE performance metrics, preparing reports for senior management and regulatory authorities.
Facilitate training sessions and workshops to educate employees on HSE policies, procedures, and best practices.
Investigate accidents and incidents, analyzing root causes and developing strategies to prevent recurrence.
Collaborate with project managers and departments to integrate HSE considerations into project planning and execution.
Stay updated on industry trends, legislation, and best practices related to health, safety, and environmental management.
