Purpose of the Job:To promote a proactive Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) culture by assisting with the implementation and monitoring of core HSE programs/issues. Provides direction, assistance and training with all aspects of the HSE program and processes in a cost-effective manner.Job Responsibilities: Set goals with the direct manager for performance and deadlines in ways that comply with company?s plans and vision and communicate them to subordinates. Organize workflow with direct manager and ensure that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks. Monitor employee productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching within direct manger. Communicating HSE related aspects with customers, suppliers & Authorities (GACA, RAC, Customs, SFDA, Police etc.) Authorizing the permit-to-work for customers and contractors. Assisting the department on internal/external audits related to health and safety conducted by Clients. Ensure adherence to legal and company policies and procedures and undertake disciplinary actions if the need arises. Evaluate the training needs based on the risk and incident in workplace. Planning the ERP plans/producers. Conducting annual fire drills to promote the employees safety culture leadership. Job Requirements (Experience and education):
